How often do the scores update?

Scores update roughly every 15 seconds automically - there is no need to refresh.  As soon as we are notified of a score change this will update on the page and also be highlighted for a few minutes.  If you have added any bets, the colour coding of these bets will also be updated.

Can I see results?

We store results for the past 7 days which can be accessed from the drop down menu on the right side of the menu bar.

What are the [+] symbols?

This is where you can add your own bets onto the page.  For example if you have a treble on 3 teams you can add them to the page and our colour coding system will show you how you are getting on. 

You can add most popular bets to the page and the system will automatically work out if they are winning or not.

How do I change the matches that are showing?

For football and basketball where there are a lot of leagues you can add/hide and sort the leagues exactly as you want.  There are two ways to do this

1. Click on customise leagues, and tick/untick the leagues.  Then adjust the sorting of the ticked leagues, and dont forget to save when you are done.

2. Drag and drop the leagues on the page.  Just click on a league, keep your mouse button pressed down, and move it to a new place.  The ordering adjustment will automatically be saved.  Also in the top right of each league is a red "x" which you can click to hide the league.  Again the site will remember this and you wont be shown it again (unless you add it back in step 1).

Can I save my changes?

You're changes are saved on your computer using a cookie but sometimes these can get lost of blocked.  So if you want to be sure not to lose your preferences, you can click save on the menu bar.  This will take you to a page where you can save your settings (including any bets you have added) under a username and password.  Then when you come back from any PC, you can use the same username and password to "load" the settings back.

What do the colours on the bets stand for?

The colours used are:

Grey - match not started
Blue - bet winning (or has won)
Red - bet losing (or has lost)
Green - bet is a push (get your money back)

Also if you bet on quarter point goal line or asian handicap markets there are also

Yellow - half win, half push
Orange - half lose, half push

Can I save my bets?

Yes these are saved by clicking on "Save" on the menu and then entering a userame and password that you can then use to "load" the bets back at a later date should they get lost.

As we only keep the results for 7 days, then bets will only get shown on the results pages while they are still current.

Can I add bets for matches in the future?

Yes.  On the dropdown menu on the right of the menu bar, you can choose a date in the future to see forthcoming fixtures.  You can add your bets to these pages and they will appear on the scores page on the day and be updated accordingly.  To be safe though we recommend saving your data using the "save" button on the menu bar.
